Privacy Policy

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to data accessed, processed, or stored by the Buildday QBO Integration ("Integration"), an internal tool operated by Buildday LLC.
What We Access
The Integration accesses accounting data from your QuickBooks Online company through the QuickBooks Online API. This may include your chart of accounts, transactions, vendors, customers, and financial reports. Access is authorized by the QuickBooks account owner through OAuth 2.0.
How We Store It
OAuth refresh tokens are stored on a Buildday-controlled server with restricted file permissions (root-readable only). Bookkeeping data is read on demand from QuickBooks and is not warehoused or copied to persistent storage beyond what is required for the immediate workflow.
How We Use It
Data accessed through the Integration is used solely for the internal accounting workflows that authorized Buildday LLC users initiate. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to internal accounting operations.
Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer QuickBooks data to any third party. The Integration runs entirely within Buildday LLC infrastructure.
Retention
OAuth refresh tokens are retained until you disconnect the Integration in QuickBooks or the token expires. Audit logs of write operations performed through the Integration are retained for twelve (12) months.
Security
All communication with the Integration is encrypted in transit using TLS. Credentials and tokens are stored at rest with restricted permissions. Access is limited to authorized Buildday LLC personnel on a single-tenant basis.
User Rights
You may disconnect the Integration at any time via QuickBooks → Apps → My Apps → Buildday QBO Integration → Disconnect. After disconnect, the refresh token is revoked and any cached tokens are deleted within twenty-four (24) hours.
