End-User License Agreement
Effective date: June 30, 2026
Acceptance
By connecting to or using the Buildday QBO Integration ("Integration"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Integration.
License Grant
Buildday LLC grants you, as an authorized internal user of Buildday LLC, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Integration solely for internal Buildday LLC accounting purposes.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Integration. You may not reverse engineer the Integration for redistribution or commercial exploitation. You may not use the Integration outside of Buildday LLC or for any purpose other than authorized internal accounting workflows.
Intellectual Property
All code, documentation, and materials comprising the Integration are owned by Buildday LLC. QuickBooks and related trademarks are the property of Intuit Inc.
No Warranty
The Integration is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Buildday LLC disclaims all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildday LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Integration shall not exceed zero dollars ($0). The Integration is provided free of charge for internal use, and you use it at your own risk.
Termination
Buildday LLC may revoke your access to the Integration at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Integration and disconnect it from your QuickBooks account.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
